Day 30

According to the biblical creation account as explained by Paul in 1 Corinthians 11
“the man is not of the woman but the woman of the man. Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man…. Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman,
neither the woman without the man, in the Lord. For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman: but all things of God”

Reflecting on the above words, the superiority of man, over a woman is clearly established. Also, the last part, indicates that one is not complete without the other. I’m not trying to write from a feminine chauvinist point of view. Actually, i am very far from it. I’m of the believe that what’s good for the goose is also good for the gander.

The world, is forever in equilibrium. It is that equilibrium that keeps the earth going.
Trying to alter it like women not knowing their places and guys doing like-wise, can only tend to bring chaos.

Of recent, I saw a tweet that reads “Where is it stated that it’s a woman’s duty to cook for a guy”.
Obviously, it was a lady who tweeted that. Then I thought, is the man meant to be the cook?
Nothing bad in a man cooking for a lady
{I’m actually looking forward to cooking for my wife every once in a while}.
But, it should be at his instance unless dire condition/s will make him do so.
A situation where a man is the bread winner of the family, he comes back from work, he finds his wife reclining on the sofa,
watching ‘Africa Magic’, and food has not being prepared, is he not meant to burst into a fit of anger.
Or what’s the wife primary duty at home, if not to take care of her children and husband.

Quite unlike before, most ladies are now well educated. And it’s everyone’s dream to have a posh job, nobody wants to be a full time housewife. Quite cool. Right? But, should that be an excuse to ignore your primary duty at home? Working house wife, and the only time your children ever see you is only in the morning because by the time you are back from work, they are already fast asleep.
Working housewife and the only time your husband gets, to spend with you is only on Sundays and that’s if you don’t have a party lined up already. And, in the end, we wonder why the rate of breakups is on the high rise.
We wonder why the children who are supposed leaders of tomorrow have already gone haywire.

Women of nowadays are always on the lookout to claim their independent status. But, in the end, how many of them portray that sense of independency. How many of them can really live on without the milking of another poor innocent guy. There is nothing wrong in collecting from a guy, but, there is a thin line between giving a gift, being extorted, and ‘fine bara’. Do i now blame guys if they insist they can’t do any good for a lady without getting something in return? Opportunities have being misused. It’s now left for guys to wise up and look at virtually every girl that comes their way, as a gold-digger. Is that the way forward?

Satisfying a woman, is a herculean task. It’s either they are allowing something on the outside, to cloud their judgement or a non-existent thing is actually posing as a threat to them. I would end this with a quote from SIGMUND FREUD, Ernest Jones’ Sigmund Freud: Life and Work.

“The great question that has never been answered, and which I have not yet been able to answer, despite my thirty years of research into the feminine soul, is “What does a woman want?”

  1. OceanDeep Truth.

  2. Nice. Kinda biased tho.

  3. Write on guys. Would love to read that.

  4. Emmm. Nicely expressed. But, not all gals are d same.

  5. Nice touch. Writing this from experience?

  6. Truth hurts. I am a lady and i know that i read truth in what i just read. Nice 1 dude.

  7. A tad biased but I liked the entree. The relationship between the sexes has never been black and white. Many fathers are choosing to raise their children, while the wives work voluntarily. If it works for them, then it does.

  8. hmmm. better than some of ur previous. Well expressed and little or no typo.

  9. Straight to the point. Less typo than normal too.
